We have a short call where we talk through your goals, what you want to achieve and how I can help you. This step ensures we choose the right plan for you.
Step 3 — Initial Assessment
I review your fitness level, movement, nutrition habits and daily routine. Together, we set clear and motivating goals.
Step 4 — Personalised Plan
You receive a tailored training and/or nutrition plan designed specifically for your body, schedule and preferences.
Step 5 — Weekly Support & Accountability
We stay connected through check-ins, adjustments and guidance. You get the structure and motivation you need to stay consistent.
