We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality digital content and coaching services.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding purchases made on our website.

1. Digital Products (Fuel & Strength eBook)

All eBook purchases are final.
Because the Fuel & Strength eBook is a digital product, once it has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not opening or missing download link), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a working copy of your eBook at no extra cost.

💡 We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or failure to read product descriptions.

2. Coaching and Consultation Services

Coaching and consultation payments are non-refundable once the service has started or the first session has been delivered.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.

If you purchased a package of sessions, any unused sessions may be credited or rescheduled (at our discretion) if valid notice is given.

3. Refunds for Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

If a duplicate charge or error occurs during payment, please contact us immediately at ioanacomonita9@gmail.com.
We will investigate and issue a refund if the payment was made in error.

Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances (such as accidental duplicate purchases) but are subject to review and proof of transaction.
All decisions regarding refunds are final and made at the discretion of Ioana FitLife.
